About Us

Lagen was founded in 2023 by a group of mechanical engineers in the aerospace additive manufacturing industry. We were build on the concept of bringing aerospace-grade engineering, design, and manufacturing to the high-end automotive industry through cutting edge technology.

Headquartered in Miami, Florida, Lagen has build a production facility designed for 3D printing of automotive components. 3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, shifts production from subtracting material to build a component to efficiently building up hardware. This process allows our engineers to produce geometries that cannot be traditionally manufactured.

Lagen is optimized for lightweight, topology optimized, and streamlined designs. Through our three design groups we can produce hardware at both a large and small scale.

For automotive production lines, we are able to mass produce polymer components

For classic cars, we are able to produce low quantity components to replace classic car hardware

For high-end clients, we are able to design and customize hardware to exactly what you want

Jordan Julien

Founder

Jordan Julien is one of the Founders of Lagen and currently serves as Director of Operations.

While being a founding member of Lagen, Jordan also manages multi-million dollar programs in the aerospace industry. He is responsible for Lagen’s national operations and oversees it's major manufacturing programs. This includes end-to-end management of Lagen's supply chain, sales, and program financials. He plays a key role in the continued development of strategic relationships and company direction in an ever expanding marketplace.

Jordan earned a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from University of Central Florida University, where he researched carbon fiber reinforced polymers.

Jonathan Mendez

Founder

Jonathan Mendez is one of the Founders of Lagen and currently serves as Vice President of Engineering.

While being a founding member of Lagen, Jonathan has also spent over half a dozen years additively manufactures multi-million dollar aerospace components. He is responsible for Lagen’s design and production of it's major manufacturing programs. This includes reverse-engineering, material selection, manufacturing, and post-processing for Lagen's development programs. He plays a key role in the design and production of automotive hardware and company direction in an ever expanding marketplace.

Jonathan earned a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.
